Return Policy


If you've made a purchase from Laser Tone and for some reason need to return the item, please read our policies below:

Return Process

  1. Call us at (800)422-4409 and tell customer service you'd like to return product. We will issue a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#), valid for 30 days. Ship to our location pre-paid only. If the product is determined to be defective we will issue you a credit for the shipping cost.

  2. Return the product freight pre-paid. Make sure the packaging is clearly identified with its RMA#. No product returns will be accepted without an RMA#.

  3. Laser Tone will inspect the return, then either replace the product, refund or credit your account as appropriate.

Non-Defective Product

A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all non-defective items returned. Non-defective items must be returned within 30 days of original delivery, freight pre-paid. Non-defective product returns must be the exact product that was shipped out, un-altered, have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) and received prior to the RMA# authorization.

Defective Product

If any product becomes defective within its warranty period, it may be returned for replacement and/or credit. If possible, please include a representative test print of the defect. This will help our technicians determine the cause of the problem and improve our product. Laser Tone will pay the freight both ways for defective products.

Products Damaged by Shipping

If you receive a package that has been damaged due to shipping, please contact the carrier and Laser Tone immediately.

Shipping Errors

All shipping error claims must be made within 5 working days of delivery of goods. Returns must be in the original packaging and factory sealed where applicable. If the product is not received in salable condition, you may not receive credit.

Prices and Availability

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Laser Tone is not responsible for error with respect to information concerning ordered products and will not be liable for incidental, consequential or special damages.

Foreign Shipment

If products purchased from Laser Tone are to be exported, you must obtain certain export documentation from the Federal Government before shipping to a foreign country. Manufacturers' warranties for exported goods may vary or even be void. Laser Tone disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
